Shelly Sets Foot in Dubai
...or, here, in the Arabian Gulf.
Business trips to Dubai (with a stop in Milan), Tokyo and Manila kept Shell's passport busy this spring.
So even though I didn't get to travel with Shell, she brought me a delicious bag of "Fonzies" from Milan. And, out of concern for my health, they're even "non fritti."
Wonder what they're like? Well, realize that Italian cheese is more, shall we say, sophisticated than American cheese, and that seems to carry over to their Cheeto-like snacks.
What does that mean? Fonzies, while quite tasty, were also quite stinky. Of course, an Italian would tell you that's just the stink of sophistication.
